6-9 p.m. – Jolly Rogers Runners Expo & Packet Pick-up (First Flight Middle School, 109 Veterans Drive, Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948)

There is no race day registration.
SATURDAY, April 18, 2020
7:30 a.m. – First Flight 5K
8:30 a.m. – First Flight Fun Run
Wright Brothers National Memorial located at milepost 7.5 on U.S. Highway 158, Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948
9 a.m. – 5k Awards Ceremony (Overall & Masters 1st/2nd/3rd will be recognized. Age Group awards will be announced.
9 a.m.-6 p.m. – Jolly Rogers Pirate Expo & Packet Pick-up (First Flight Middle School, 109 Veterans Drive, Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948)
11 a.m.-6 p.m. – Food for purchase at the Jolly Rogers Runners Expo!
SUNDAY, April 19, 2020
7 a.m. – Flying Pirate Half Marathon Start (5300 The Woods Road, Kitty Hawk, NC 27949)
8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. – Pirates Jamboree Post Race Party (Pirate’s Quay, 3022 S. Croatan Highway, Nags Head, NC 27959)
10 a.m. – Flying Pirate Awards Ceremony (Overall & Masters 1st/2nd/3rd will be recognized)
10:30 am – Age Group Award Announcements (Costume Contest Awards will be after the Age Group Awards)
RACE RESULTS will be available to participants, friends, and family online
In order to board any shuttle on Half Marathon Sunday, participants and spectators are required to purchase a Shuttle Pass. It is a one time purchase of $5 and is good for the whole day with unlimited shuttle use.
Shuttle passes can be purchased by participants during the registration process and can also be purchased by spectators as a stand-alone purchase. More than one shuttle pass can be purchased at a time if needed.
If a participant has already registered and a shuttle pass purchase was not an option during registration, they will need to go back and purchase the shuttle pass if they want to utilize the service.

Lost & Found
All lost and found items, excluding discarded clothing along the course, will be taken to the Volunteer Check-in area at the Finish Line. Discarded clothing along the course will be donated or thrown away.
Race Day Road Closures
The Flying Pirate Half Marathon will start at 7 a.m. in Kitty Hawk on Woods Road and finishes behind the YMCA in Nags Head. Limited access is available for anyone needing to get to a location along the course. All roads will re-open as runners progress through each town.
Runners and Walkers will be coming through:
Town of Kitty Hawk: 6:30-8:05 a.m.
Town of Kill Devil Hills: 7-10:10 a.m.
Town of Nags Head: 7:25 a.m.-12:10 p.m.
