Important Marathon Distance Update
Dear Participants,
OBSE is sad to inform our Towne Bank OBX Marathon runners (26.2) that this event has been cancelled this year due to a situation beyond our control. We are truly sorry.
The OBX Half, 8K, 5K and fun run distances will continue as scheduled on November 9-10, 2024.
All marathon runners' category will be changed to the half marathon. You will receive a refund for the difference. Please allow at least 14 business days to see this change and refund reflected in your EnMotive account. You will receive a new confirmation email for the Half Marathon distance to use for event check-in.
If you prefer to transfer your registration to another participant, please do so prior to event day by following the directions here:
Please Note: No full refunds or deferrals will be offered for this event, or any other Outer Banks Sporting Events.

The expo and packet pick-up for the 2024 OBX Half Marathon weekend will start on Friday, November 8th (1-7 p.m.) and run through Saturday, November 9th (11 a.m.-4 p.m.). It will be held at Ramada Plaza in Nags Head.

It is very important that you pick up your packet before the day of your race or event. If you are unable to do that, you can arrange for someone else to pick it up for you.
